Here we will step everything up to a totally different level. Plush rugs and luxury textiles become available now. Custom bedding is possible in this package. If you want your space to reflect your style while making your family and friends green with envy…this is where you want to be. Custom furniture, luxe fabrics and striking accessories. In a Tier II package you will have less retail finds and more Trade Only higher ends sources.

This package is best suited for homeowners that have a strong understanding of the design process but wants to surrender the process and entrust us with the creativity and practicality of their project. We want to push the envelope and give you something that you would never consider on your own.

With this package we anticipate that all furniture, textiles, art, accessories and beyond that would be needed to create the vision of your space would be purchased through our firm. This package is ideal for furnishing package not renovations, kitchens and bathrooms.

We find this package best for homeowners that are comfortable spending at a minimum of $20,000-$25,000 on their residential space.
