At our boutique firm, our top priority is ensuring the best experience for everyone involved. To achieve this, we have established specific criteria for selecting our clients and projects. Below, you will find the minimum requirements for each type of project: 

Design Fees: We kindly request a minimum of $15,000 for design fees. 

Decoration Project: For furniture budgets, we require a minimum of $50,000.

Renovation Project: To undertake a renovation project, we ask for a minimum budget of $75,000. 

Decoration Project/Renovation: For projects that involve both renovation and furniture, we ask for a minimum project budget of $100,000. 
We have carefully determined these numbers based on over a decade of analyzing product and construction costs. Our goal is to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for our clients. We believe that by setting these minimum requirements, we can ensure that we provide the highest quality service and deliver exceptional results.
